Game Review

Jagged Alliance: Deadly Games is a turn-based tactics video game with RPG elements created by Sir-tech and released in 1996 for MS-DOS.

It's a sequel/expansion to Jagged Alliance (the official sequel would be Jagged Alliance 2), but many consider it a sort of spin-off since some game mechanics are different. In particular, the missions now include infiltration, rescues of hostages, and demolition. But there are also new weapons, modifications, and gears. Apart from this, the game uses the same top-down isometric view and turn-based combat (you can compare it with the X-COM / UFO: Enemy Unknown series)

Jagged Alliance: Deadly Games was a commercial success and received many awards. Remember that you can buy the full game on GOG. Follow the link on the top-right of the page.
