This patch applies to "BMX Simulator" (c) 1988 Codemasters - 1 disk.
Thanks to Carlo Pirri for sending the original!  This patch supports the
compilation disk containing BMX Simulator and Pro Tennis Simulator (c) 1990
Codemasters.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V10+.
- Game requires 0.5Mb chip mem (+0.5Mb other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Rob Northen copylock removed
- HAM mode title picture fixed (OSEmu bug)
- Empty DBF loop fixed
- Instructions included
- Disk accesses removed (x4)
- High pass filter disabled for clearer sound
- Buttonwait tooltype added for title picture
- RomIcon, NewIcon and GlowIcon (created by me!) and 2 Exoticons (taken
  from http://exotica.fix.no)
- Quit option (default key is 'F10')

This game takes a few seconds to load and decrypt so please be patient!
