 Requirements:
 -------------
 This install requires WHDLoad and RawDIC to be in the path.
 These programs can be found in the WHDLoad package.
 To install from a different drive than DF0: select installation mode Expert.

 The installed game requires 0.5 MB ChipMem (+1.3 MB for preload and Kickstart ROM)
 It can be quit by pressing F10 (key can be changed with Tooltype "QuitKey=").

 This was a lot of fun to do, patch was requested by Alkis21 on EAB
 yesterday, when I came back home I noticed his request and had a look
 at the game. I found a file table on both disks, quickly coded a RawDIC
 imager and had the game running from HD after a while. Today I added
 the necesessary blitter wait patches, these will only be used on
 68020+ CPU's to avoid slow downs. You can force them on 68000 machines
 with CUSTOM3=1. I have also added quite a few trainers, these are:

 CUSTOM1= 1: unlimited lives
 CUSTOM1= 2: unlimited ammo
 CUSTOM1= 4: unlimited grenades
 CUSTOM1= 8: unlimited bombs
 CUSTOM1=16: mines have no effect, i.e. you won't die when you step on a mine
 CUSTOM1=32: enables in-game keys, these are:
             E - refill energy
             R - get rifle
             B - get bomb
             G - get grenades
             K - get knife
             D - get mine detector
             N - skip level
             L - add a life
             A - add ammo
             

 Adding the trainer options wasn't that easy but interesting to do.
 You can find dynamite and shellfire in the game but it seems these are
 unused, at least I didn't find where these are used in the game, I first
 had added trainers for these too but then removed them.

 High scores are loaded/saved only if you don't use any of the trainers.
 I have also fixed the timing problems the game had on faster CPU's,
 this took me quite a while to do and wasn't easy either!

 I had quite a bit of fun creating the patch for this nice Commando
 clone because it wasn't too easy to do. Enjoy the game from HD
 now.
