Short : HD-Installer for Behind The Iron Gate

This patch applies to "Behind The Iron Gate" by Ego (c) 1995 - 2 disks.
It supports "Za Zelazna Brama" polish version.

Slave requires WHDLOAD V17+, install requires RawDIC.
Game requires 512K ChipMem & 512 FastMem (+ 1.5 OtherMem for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Tested with english and german version
- Copy protection removed
- Code checksums removed
- Blitter wait inserted
- ButtonWait tooltype added for title picture
- NI/ROM icon (created by JHZ)
- Quit option (your default key)

Version 1.1 (24.08.2018) by Psygore:
- Polish version supported
- Slave rewritten, less ChipMem requirements (512K instead of 1.0MB)
- OS stuff patched, no need OSEmu
- Stack relocated in FastMem
- Game uses FastMem for extra mem now
- Self modifying code are patched, it will run with caches enabled
- Set CUSTOM1=1 to disable SMC patch
- Set CUSTOM1=2 to disable BLITTER WAIT patch
- Manual included
- 2 BoxIcons added
- Install script updated
