Short : HD-Installer for Bob's Bad Day

This patch applies to "Bob's Bad Day" by Psygnosis/Dome Development (c) 1994 - 2 disks.
Slave requires WHDLOAD V10+.
Game requires 0.5MB ChipRAM + 0.5MB any RAM (+ 1MB RAM for PreLoad)

SUPPORTED VERSIONS:
- NTSC (supported by Steeler)
- PAL (supported by Carlo Pirri)

FEATURES:
- Full loading from HD
- RNC disk protection removed
- RNC decruncher relocated to Fast RAM
- Blitter waits inserted (can be disabled with CUSTOM1)
- BPLCON0 access fixed
- 24bit access fault in intro fixed
- Two supported versions
- NI/ROM icon (created by JHZ)
- Quit option (your default key)

HISTORY:
V1.2 (04-Aug-2006) - slave uses FastRAM now,blitter waits added, bplcon0 access fixed, slave updated for WHD10+
V1.3 (22-Dec-2016) - Blitter Waits can be disabled with CUSTOM1
 done by StingRay  - WHDLoad v17+ features used (config)
V1.4 (23-Dec-2016) - crash after intro fixed when blitter waits were disabled
		   - DMA waits in sample player and MED replayer fixed
		   - 68000 quitkey support
		   - manual included
		   - new install script
V1.5 (03-Jan-2017) - the fast ram support added in v1.2 wasn't done properly
		     and has been fixed to work with all memory configurations
		     (issue #3607)

Notes v1.4:

The patch crashed after the intro when "Disable Blitter Waits" was active,
I have fixed this and some other problems and also added 68000 quitkey
support. Please note that this only applies to the PAL version (SPS 637)
as I don't have the NTSC version.
