THIS PACKAGE COMES WITH ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO USE, RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PACKAGE IS ASSUMED BY YOU AND IF THE PACKAGE SHOULD PROVE TO BE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR OTHER REMEDIATION. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, CAN THE AUTHOR BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED IN ANY USUAL, SPECIAL, OR ACCIDENTAL WAY, ALSO IF THE OWNER OR A THIRD PARTY HAS BEEN POINTED AT SUCH POSSIBILITIES OF DAMAGE. That install applies to "Live and let die" © 1988 Elite "Space Harrier" © 1989 Elite done by Mr.Larmer/Wanted Team & StingRay/Scarab^Scoopex. That install requires WHDLoad and RawDIC to be in the path. Both can be found in the whdload package. To install from a different drive than DF0: select Expert as installation mode. You need 0.5 MB ChipMem. You can quit the game by pressing F10 (key can be changed with Tooltype "QuitKey=") if you have problems with this installation please report them via the Bug-Report-Form which can be accessed on http://www.fh-zwickau.de/~jah/whdload/ for full WHDLoad package and other installs refer to: http://www.fh-zwickau.de/~jah/whdload/ or aminet:dev/misc/whdload#? and aminet:game/patch/ Features: - nice icons included, Features v1.1 (StingRay, 02.08.2016) - RawDIC imager added - support for another version added (SPS 2187) - Bplcon0 color bit fix - wrong CIA accesses fixed (x3) - ButtonWait support (SPS 2187 only) - Timing fixed - WHDLoad v17+ features used - Keyboard routine recoded - 68000 quitkey support - source code included - new install script Notes V1.1, 02.08.2016 ---------------------- I have finally updated this patch and added support for the non-compilation version of Live and Let Die (SPS 2187). I have also coded a RawDIC imager which is now used to create images of the game disk. Additionally I have recoded the keybpoard interrupt, added 68000 quitkey support, fixed a few wrong CIA access and added a timing fix as the game runs much too fast on anything else than a plain 68000 Amiga. The timing fix can be disabled with CUSTOM1. No trainers or any fancy features as this was just a quick fix done while listening to Kim Wilde's "Cambodia" on repeat. :) StingRay in August 2016. Thanx to: - Chris Vella for original disk image.
