Short : HD-Installer for Wing Commander
Type : game/patch

That install applies to "Wing Commander" © 1994 Origin
It supports disks version (SPS #824, SPS #1657) and CD32 version
(Dangerous Streets/Wing Commander compilation) english and german language.

It requires:
 - WHDLoad 17+
 - ECS slave: 512 KB ChipMem and 1 MB OtherMem (+2.5 MB OtherMem for preload
   option)
 - AGA slave: 640 KB ChipMem and 1.4 MB OtherMem (+4.1 MB OtherMem for preload
   option)
 - An installed A500 Kickstart 1.3 image (or A1200/A4000 Kickstart 3.1 image)

Version 1.0 (11.01.2014) by Psygore:
 - Nice color/newicon (created by Frank/Dr.Zarkov) and BoxIcon included
 - Some accesses fault patched
 - CD32 hardware chunky to planar (AKIKO chipset) replaced by software
 - Bugs in music replay routine fixed (thanks to Don Adan for the info)
 - Lowlevel and nonvolatile libraries functions patched
 - Manual and quick doc included
 - Quit with '*' (PrtSc)

Customs options:
- Set Custom1=1 to load the german version.
- Set Custom2=1 to enable Cheat Mode and 2 to add Invincible option:
  In game, press and hold SHIFT key, then:
   F1 = music on/off
   F2 = sound effects on/off
   F3 = video images enabled/suppressed
   F4 = set message speed
   F5 = destroy a locked target
   F6 = self-destruction
   F7 = damage your cockpit (only gfx)
   F8 = display some game info
   F9 = pause game (for screenshots)
   F10 = eject
- Set Custom3=1 to 13 to select system:
  1 - Enyo		 8 - Port Hedland
  2 - McAuliffe		 9 - Kurasawa
  3 - Gateway		10 - Rostov
  4 - Gimle		11 - Hubble's Star
  5 - Brimstone		12 - Venice
  6 - Chengdu		13 - Hell's Kitchen
  7 - Dakota
- Set Custom4=0 to 2 to select mission.
- Set Custom5 to change game speed (only CD32 version):
  0 = normal
  1 = full
  2 = slow
  3 = more slow
  4 = original c2p
If your amiga is not very fast, you will not see significantly difference
between some game speed.

To use Custom3 and 4, Cheat Mode must be enabled (Custom2=1 or 2).

The  kickstart image must be located in the directory "Devs:Kickstarts" and
must  be  named  "kick40068.A1200"  (or kick40068.A4000).  The image can be
extracted  from  a  A1200  (or A4000) with tools like 'GrabKick' or similar
which  can be found on aminet.  If the image is of wrong version or altered
in  any  way WHDLoad will quit with an appropriate requester.  Additionally
the file "kick400068.A1200.RTB" (or kick400068.A1200.RTB) must be installed
in  the  same  directory  as  the  kickstart image.  It can be found in the
archive "util/boot/skick346.lha" on aminet.
