Disney's Aladdin, one of the most successful ports from a movie to a videogame, is a 2D side-scrolling platformer developed by Virgin Games. It is based on the 1992 Disney motion picture. Disney created the graphics and animation. The game was released for the Sega Genesis in 1993, while enhanced versions for DOS and Amiga were released in 1994.
Aladdin received very positive reviews and won a prize for best animation. It's the third best-selling game on the Mega Drive after Sonic the Hedgehog 1 and 2. GamesNostalgia offers the Amiga AGA version.
