This patch applies to "Big Nose the Caveman" (c) 1993 Codemasters - 1 disk.
Thanks to Mike West for sending the original!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V10+.
- Game requires 0.5Mb chip mem (+0.4Mb other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Loads and saves high scores (unless you cheat!)
- Rob Northen copylock and checksums removed
- Decruncher relocated to fast memory
- Blitter waits added (x78)
- Illegal code emulated
- Colour bit fix
- Interrupt bug fixed (game set $dff09a before the vector $78!)
- Trainer added (set CUSTOM1=1 to enable the cheat mode)
- RomIcon, NewIcon and GlowIcon (created by me!)
- Quit option (default key is 'F10')

CHEAT MODE:
- Taken from Sweet Cheater by Keith Krellwitz!
- Enter "MUSKI" for your name on the high score table to activate the
  cheat.  Now use the following keys during play:

              'F1'____For 9 lives (Won't show till you die).
              'F2'___________________________To skip levels.
              'F3'_____________________For triple rock shot.
              'F4'________________For 90 super power points.

  On the first level, walk along until you come to the second hole in
  the ground. You will see a bone in it. Jump into the hole and you will
  be transported to the next section.
