Supported versions: - Cartoon Collection (Chris Vella) - Original release REQUIREMENTS: - Slave requires WHDLoad V17+ - Game requires 512k chip mem (+200k other memory for preload option) FEATURES: (21-Feb-2001) - Full load from HD - Rob Northen copylock bypassed - Blitter waits inserted (x5) - Keyboard routine completely rewritten - Powerpacker decruncher relocated to fast memory - Manual included - RomIcon, NewIcon and OS3.5 Colour Icon (created by Frank!) - Quit option (default key is 'F10') VERSION 1.1: (18-Feb-2004) - Supports the original release aswell - Disk.1 file can be compressed to save space (FImp, Propack etc) - Set CUSTOM1=1 to enable the cheat mode automatically VERSION 1.2: (15-Oct-2013) - Frame rate stabilised to 25fps on all CPUs - Added infinite bombs and starting level trainer - Fixed access fault with original release - Now requires WHDLoad 17+ for trainer menu - Blitter patches are not installed for 68000 users - Source code included TRAINER: - CUSTOM1=1 for infinite lives (both players) - CUSTOM2=1 for infinite bombs (both players) - CUSTOM3=0-6 for starting level 0 = France 1 = France bonus level 2 = Switzerland 3 = Switzerland bonus level 4 = Egypt 5 = Egypt bonus level 6 = Africa CHEAT MODE: - On the title screen, type "ITCHY ARSEHOLES" for infinite lives. I have modified the game so that if you activate the cheat mode it will stay on permanently. The original game returns to normal once you return to the title screen. On faster CPUs, the game speeds up when there are few moving objects on the screen which makes it impossible to play. I have put delays in so that it will always run at a stable 25 frames per second.
