This patch applies to "Chuck Yeager's Advanced Flight Trainer 2.0"

If upgrading from v1.0, you must reinstall the game.

REQUIREMENTS

- Original disk or compatible disk image
  (Cracks have not been tested and are not supported)
- RawDIC 5
- Slave requires WHDLoad 18+
- Game requires 512k chip memory, plus 4k any memory
  (+ approx 670k memory for preload option)

FEATURES

- Game loads fully from HD
- Uses real files extracted by system friendly RawDIC imager
- Quit game at any time (default key F10), including on 68000 machines
- Can skip speech intro with fire/mouse button
- Manual protection removed
- Blitter waits added
- Self-modifying code removed (caches can now be enabled for better speed)
- Stack relocated to fast memory if available
- Keyboard handler rewritten
- Color/New/Rom Icons included

WORDS FROM THE AUTHOR

Some questionable use of self modifying code kept this from running properly
on caching CPUs, so that has now been removed and you can now enable caches
which makes the game a bit faster.

Since the game saves files all over the disk, I have also installed the game
as real files and separated out the user-modifiable files so they all start
with the name "user1_" - these can be deleted if you need to save space for
some reason.

I've started to investigate relocating the game to fast memory but this will
take some time to fully realise, so will have to wait for a future update.
