Short : HD-Installer for Miami Chase V1.2a

This patch applies to "Miami Chase" by Code Masters/Team 17 (c) 1990 - 2 disks.
Slave requires WHDLOAD V10+.
Game requires 0.5MB ChipRAM (+ 1.6MB for PreLoad)

FEATURES:
- Game loads entirely from HD
- RNC disk protection removed
- Highscore table is saved
- CodeMasters logo button wait (LMB skips intro, fire button starts intro)
- NI/ROM icon (created by JHZ)
- Quit option (your default key)
- Trainer option added (values found by Rob)
  * set CUSTOM1=1 for unlimited lives
  * set CUSTOM2=1 for unlimited energy/lives

  if enabled:      PLAY: toggle pause

  Please note that keyboard control will be disabled when joypad
  support is enabled!

V1.2a (22-Dec-2016)- install script was broken (since V1.1 I guess) and only installed disk 1
                     of the game, install script redone using the latest template from the
                     WHDLoad package. Thanks to Chris4981 for reporting this problem.  

V1.2b (05-Apr-2021)- hidden feature to skip the intro (added in V1.2) can now
		     be selected in the WHDLoad slpash screen
