This patch applies to "Mighty Bombjack" (c) 1990 Elite - 1 disk.
Thanks to Juergen Urbanek for the original.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V10+
- Game requires 512k chip mem (+0.7Mb other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Blitter waits inserted
- Long delays for title pictures reduced, also added ButtonWait tooltype 
  for all 3 intro pictures
- RomIcon and NewIcon (created by me!) plus an OS3.5 Colour Icon (thanks to 
  Dr.Zarkov for creating it!)
- Quit option (default key is '*' on keypad)
- Help to toggle trainer (infinite lives, time and M's)

VERSION 1.1: (19-Nov-2000)
- Loads and saves high scores (unless you cheat!)
- Trainer now allows M's when you do not have any
- Unusual graphics on colour icon fixed

VERSION 1.2: (24-Nov-2000)
- No longer flashes the screen green when you activate trainer keys

VERSION 1.3: (10-Jun-2007)
- Custom tooltypes added (see cheat section below)
- Faulty keyboard CIA code replaced (thanks Wepl!)
- Fixed bug that made the game incompatible with WHDLoad 16.6+

CHEAT MODE:
- Set tooltype CUSTOM1=1 to activate all cheats (infinite lives, time, M's
  and level select)
- Set tooltype CUSTOM2=1-17 to choose the default starting level
- On the title screen, use keys F4 and F5 to alter the level
- Pressing Help at any time toggles infinite lives, time and M's on/off

BUILT-IN CHEAT MODE:
- Play the game and get a high score.  Enter one of the following words
  instead of your name:

          'RABBIT'___________________________Activate cheat mode
          'SAMPLENUM'_____________Shows game version information

- Once the cheat mode is activated, you will see a new option on the title
  screen allowing you to choose the starting level.  Use the keys 'F4' and
  'F5' to increase/decrease the starting level.  You will also gain
  infinite lives (but not M's).

- On the final level, there are hidden chests you have to open by jumping
  on them to open the exit.  The first sub-section has a chest about 4
  blocks on the level just above where you start.  The second subsection
  has a hidden chest at the bottom of the tower of chests, and the final
  subsection has a hidden opening just to the right and above the person
  you have to rescue.
