This patch applies to "Challenge Golf" © 1991 On-line.

Supports the original release (SPS #1015).

REQUIREMENTS

- Original disk or compatible disk image
  (Cracks have not been tested and are not supported)
- Slave requires WHDLoad 19+
- Game requires 448k chip memory, plus 32k any memory
  (+ approx 720k other memory for preload option)

- Game loads fully from HD
- Uses real files, which can be compressed with Propack/CrunchMania/FImp/XPK
- Quit game at any time (default key F10), including on 68000 machines
- OS calls removed (no Kickstart ROM required)
- Course records and progress stored to HD
- Lots of self modifying code fixed
- Blitter waits added
- CPU-dependent loops fixed
- Intro can now be immediately skipped with left mouse button

There was some challenging self-modifying code to deal with, as a draw
routine for the 3D view rewrites a number of its instructions repeatedly as
it builds up the frame.

The game overwrites the music samples during the intro as it loads the rest
of the game. I've at least fixed this if you keep watching the intro, but
if you skip the intro then the samples will glitch.

It's actually a fairly reasonable golf game, although the physics are quite
shonky which makes it difficult to play. Alas, releasing in 1991 meant it
was unsurprisingly overshadowed by the superior PGA Tour Golf.
