Short : HD-Installer for Dominator V1.1

This patch applies to "Dominator" by System 3 (c) 1989 - 1 disk.
Slave requires WHDLOAD V17+.
Game requires 0.5 MB Chip Mem (+ 0.4 other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- RNC disk protection removed
- Access faults fixed
- CPU dependant loops fixed
- Highscores will be saved
- Trainer option added (set CUSTOM1=1 tooltype for unlimited lives)
- NI/ROM icon (created by JHZ)
- Quit option (press LMB in game)

V1.0 (08-Feb-2001) - final release - access faults fixed, proper quit option
                   - trainer option, highscore support added
