 This install applies to "Football Manager 2" © 1988 Addictive.

 Requirements:
 -------------
 This install requires WHDLoad to be in the path.
 This program can be found in the WHDLoad package.
 To install from a different drive than DF0: select installation mode Expert.

 The installed game requires 0.5 MB ChipMem.
 (+0.7 MB for preload and Kickstart ROM)
 It can be quit by pressing F10 (key can be changed with Tooltype "QuitKey=").

 The game requires an installed A500 Kickstart 1.3 image.
 The kickstart image must be located in the directory "Devs:Kickstarts" and
 must be named "kick34005.A500". The image can be extracted from a A500 with
 tools like 'GrabKick' or similar which can be found on aminet.
 If the image is of wrong version or altered in any way WHDLoad will quit with
 an appropriate message.
 Additionally the file "kick34005.A500.RTB" must be installed in the same
 directory as the kickstart image. It can be found in the archive
 "util/boot/skick346.lha" on aminet.

 This was requested by Seuden back in January 2010 and I made the first
 version of this patch on that very day. Then it just consumed space
 on my hard disk for the next 3 years. ;) Yesterday morning when I arrived
 work and started to listen to the new Suicide Commando album I suddenly
 remembered this patch for whatever reason, looks like you can thank
 Johan van Roy that I finally created the install package. :D
 I also updated the code to use WHDLoad v17+ features and added
 support for the ButtonWait tooltype. If ButtonWait is enabled
 the title picture will be shown until you press either mouse button.

 Protection was interesting as the game decrypted and relocated a complete
 executable and then started it. Disabling the protection was a matter of
 about 30 seconds though since it wasn't very effective. Anyway, I had fun
 coding a routine which converted the crypted executable to a normal
 Amiga DOS executable so I could easily disassemble it.
