That install applies to "Kick Off" © 1989 ANCO
It supports:
 - Kick Off v1.0
 - Kick Off v1.1 (SPS #189)
 - Extra Time data disk v2.2 (SPS #73)
 - Kick Off Plus Extra Time (SPS #881)
 - Franco Baresi World Cup v1.1 (Italian) (SPS #2366)

It requires:
 - WHDLoad 17+
 - 512 KB Chipmem (+500 KB OtherMem for preload option)


Version 1.2 (20.11.2013) by Psygore:
 - Slave rewritten for whdload 17+ and is 68000 compatible now
 - Supports Franco Baresi World Cup version
 - Lists of saved leagues/cups are displayed now
 - New install script
 - Game must be reinstalled (it will create a save dir and
   remove unnecessary files)

Version 1.1 (05.12.2004) by Psygore:
 - Supports 3 versions
 - Slave rewritten  
 - Manual included
 - Icons from Captain HIT added
 - In tooltypes, CUSTOM1=1 it will load Extra Time version

Version 1.0 (13.01.2002) by Psygore:
 - SSP&USP moved to fast memory
 - RNC protection removed (done by anonymous)
 - Keyboard handler added
 - Leagues are saved on HD
 - Quit with F10
