This patch applies to "Kid Gloves" © 1990 Millennium
You will require the original disk.
Supports the SPS 1372 version.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V18+.
- Game requires 512k chip mem (+additional memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Loads entirely from HD
- Quit to Workbench at any time including on 68000 (default key F10)
- Optional CD32/multi-button controls
  * CUSTOM2=1 sets blue/green/yellow (or button 2/3/4) to jump/bomb/magic
  * CUSTOM2=2 sets blue/green (or button 2/3) to bomb/magic
  * Play button to pause/unpause the game
  * Quit by holding Left Shoulder + Right Shoulder + Up + Yellow
  * Enables CD32 cheat controls if CUSTOM1 setting enabled
- Set CUSTOM1 to enable trainers - add together the following values to toggle each:
  + 1 to enable in-game cheat keys
  + 2 for invulnerability
  + 4 for infinite lives
  + 8 for infinite bombs
  + 16 for infinite magic
  + 32 for infinite cash
  + 64 for infinite keys
- Optional in-game cheat keys (and CD32 controls) if enabled:
  * I - toggle invulnerability (CD32 pad: Right Shoulder + Red)
  * O - top-up bombs/magic/cash/keys/vit (CD32 pad: Right Shoulder + Blue)
  * S - open shop (CD32 pad: Right Shoulder + Green)
  * K - toggle infinite keys (CD32 pad: Right Shoulder + Yellow)
  * L - toggle infinite lives (CD32 pad: Left Shoulder + Red)
  * C - toggle infinite cash (CD32 pad: Left Shoulder + Blue)
  * V - toggle infinite magic (CD32 pad: Left Shoulder + Yellow)
  * B - toggle infinite bombs (CD32 pad: Left Shoulder + Green)
  * N - jump to previous level (CD32 pad: Right Shoulder + Left)
  * M - jump to next level (CD32 pad: Right Shoulder + Right)
        (careful - some levels drop you in a trap!)
    NOTE: CD32 cheat controls require CUSTOM2 to be set
- Settings can be configured from splash screen
- Fixed address error on 68000 due to odd-aligned word write
- Fixed out-of-range address access fault 
- Keyboard routine overhauled to fix bugs that made it unreliable in original
- Fixed incorrect write to bplcon0 (missing color bit setting)
- Fixed bug in audio player (occasionally wrote to invalid registers)

WORDS FROM THE AUTHORS

I took a look at a bug with patch 1.3 that prevented projectiles from bouncing
on all the platforms as they should. That was a quick fix!

But then I couldn't resist adding a ton of trainers and CD32 control support.
That took a bit longer. :-)

I had quite a bit of fun rooting through the various bits of game code to see
what did what. As a fun bonus, toggling the trainers in game has added sound!

The game has a built in cheat, that seems to be misdocumented slightly.
Pause the game (F1), type the word 'RHIANNON' (yay Fleetwood Mac!),
then immediately press any of the following:
- F5: Triggers game over (same as Escape in game, so kinda pointless)
- F6: Opens the shop
- F7: Restarts the current world (similar to Backspace in game)
- F8: Tops up cash, magic, bombs, keys, vitality
- F9: Makes the player invulnerable
You can ALSO use the left/right joypad controls to select a level, then hit
fire to jump to it.

Although the game's own cheat is kind of pointless now with this patch. ;-)
