Short : HD-Installer for Simon the Sorcerer

That install applies to "Simon The Sorcerer" © 1993 Adventure Soft
ECS and AGA versions (english, french, german & italian) supported

It requires:
 - WHDLoad 16+
 - ECS version needs 512 KB and 512 KB OtherMem (+ Kickstart 1.3 image)
 - AGA version needs 960 KB and 512 KB OtherMem (+ Kickstart 3.1 image)
 - 6.6 MB for preload option

 - No more problem when trying to close the CLI window (AGA version)
 - Blitter wait added after the clear text routine to avoid gfx glitches
   on fast machine (AGA version
 - Thanks to Hexaae for the bug report and testing

Version 1.4 (01.07.2021):
 - Slaves compiled with the latest kickemu
 - Supports italian version
 - Game can run in ntsc screen now (set NTSC option)
 - CLI window is closed now to avoid to click outside the game display screen
   with the mouse pointer
 - Install script updated

 - Supports another german ecs version (thanks to Mario Jahn)
 - All caches are enabled
 - Doesn't lock at start on some machines (AGA)

 - Protection manual correctly removed (causing troubles in the game)

 - Uses KickEmu 1.3 written by Wepl, KickEmu 3.1 written by JOTD & Wepl
 - Color/NewIcon (created by Frank) & Exoticon (http://exotica.fix.no) included
 - Manual protection removed
 - Audio volume fixed
 - Load/Save positions on HD
 - Quit with F10

The kickstart 1.3 (3.1) image must be located in the directory Devs:Kickstarts
and must be named "kick34005.A500" (kick40068.A1200).The image can be extracted
from a A500 (A1200 or A4000) with tools like 'GrabKick' or similar which can be
found on aminet.
If the image is of wrong version or altered in any way  WHDLoad will quit with
an appropriate requester.
Additionally the file "kick34005.A500.RTB" (kick40068.A1200.RTB) must be
installed in the same directory as the kickstart image.
It can be found in the archive "util/boot/skick346.lha" on aminet.
