This patch applies to "Skidz" (c) 1990 Core Design/Gremlin - 1 disk.
Thanks to Chris Vella for sending the original.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V13+.
- Game requires 512k chip mem (+880k other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Protection removed
- Loads and saves high scores (unless you cheat!)
- Stack frame fix (Ben Daglish music player)
- Data files are compatible with the JST version
- High score table routines recoded (game erased previous name and score!)
- Blitter waits added (x21)
- Instructions included
- SSP and USP relocated to fast memory
- All files can be compressed to save space (FImp, Propack etc)
- RomIcon, NewIcon and OS3.5 Colour Icon (created by Frank!) and 2 Exoticons

- Quit option (default key is 'F10')

CHEAT MODE:
- Taken from Sweet Cheater by Keith Krellwitz!
- During play, hold down the 'ALT' key and the fire button at the same
  time, then press 'C' to toggle the cheat mode. A message will appear 
  to show you if the cheat is currently on or off. When the cheat mode 
  is on, you will have infinite time and energy. 
- During play, hold down the 'ALT' key and the fire button at the same
  time, then press 'L'. A message will appear saying "ANY LEVELS". Now
  die and restart a new game. You will be able to select any stage to
  start on!

The high score entry routine on this game was complete rubbish!  If you
managed to get a score into the table, it simply overwrote the existing
name and score rather than moving the rest of the table down one position!
It now behaves correctly!

Your score will not be saved if you use the infinite time/energy cheat
mode, but you can start on any level you wish and still have you scores
saved.

There is also an annoying thin blue vertical stripe which appears on the
far right (and left if you are moving left) border which is also present in
the original game.  I cannot be bothered trying to fix this so you will
have to live with it.
