This patch applies to "Sky High Stuntman" (c) 1991 Codemasters - 1 disk.
Thanks to Carlo Pirri for the original.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V10+.
- Game requires 0.5Mb chip memory (+0.9Mb other memory for preload option)
  This game is not recommended without the preload option as loading will
  be slower than the floppy version!

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Trainer (infinite lives, smart bombs and no weapon degrade! Press the
  Help key during the game to activate it).
- Saves high scores (unless you cheat).
- Quit option (default key is '*' on keypad)

V1.1:
- Support added for a second version - thanks Carlo!
- Install script modified to use Bert's new templates.

A huge thanks to Ralf for his commented MFM loader from another game.  I
wouldn't have been able to release this without it!  Greetings to my usual
testing crew (you know who you are) and all Action members!
