This patch applies to "Summer Games" and/or "Summer Games 2" (c) 1992 
US Gold. You can use this patch with either of the games, or both disks
together to play all the events! Thanks to Jan Vieten for the originals.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V17+.
- Game requires 0.5Mb chip mem (+0.7Mb other memory for preload option)

This patch supports the originals plus the Crystal released versions.
These are basically the same thing because there was no copy-protection on
the original titles, despite what the Rob Northen copylock message says in
the bootblock.  The game will also work by simply copying the disk images
into the data folder, naming them Disk.1 and Disk.2.

You can optionally compress all data files with FImp or Propack.  The game
uses some compression so you won't save many bytes by doing so, but it's up
to you.

There's a write-up on https://codetapper.com/ regarding the self modifying
code used by this game.  For some incredibly stupid reason, the coders
decided to use SMC to plot the 8x8 font, along with the decimal conversion
code in the platform diving event.  Very lame.

There is a bug in the original gymnastics event.  If you choose to practice
the event, you can't ever return back to the menu, so will have to quit the
game.

If the game only detects one of the games installed, the menu option to
disable the other disk will not work.  This prevents the game from
prompting a disk you don't have.  If both disks are detected, you can
choose whether or not to disable the Summer Games 2 events.
