Game Review

Paperboy is a popular arcade game developed by Atari and originally released in 1985.

In this game, you are a paperboy who has to deliver the newspapers on his bicycle. You have to deliver them only to the newspaper subscribers, possibly in their mailboxes. Of course, several hazards will make your life more complicated.

The title was ported to mostly all possible home computers and consoles. The first ones were the BBC Micro and Acorn Electron versions in 1986. The Commodore 64 port was released in 1987. The NES version was published in 1988, and many NES owners remember it fondly.

The best and most faithful conversions are probably the Amiga and Atari ST that Elite released in 1989.
