Sherlock: The Riddle of the Crown Jewels is an interactive fiction written by Bob Bates and published by Infocom. It was released for MS-DOS, Apple II, Commodore 64, Macintosh, and Amiga in 1988.
It was the last text-only adventure published by Infocom, and it's set in a very detailed London during the Victorian era. In the game, you control Dr. Watson and have 48 hours to recover the Crown Jewels with your friend Holmes.
