Game Review

Ultima VII: Forge of Virtue is an expansion/DLC for Ultima VII, the famous seventh chapter of the RPG series Ultima created by Richard Garriott.

Forge of Virtue was released in September 1992, and it continues and expands Ultima VII: The Black Gate with new areas and quests.

The main additional quest is set in the Isle of Fire, just raised from the ocean. The stronghold of Exodus, seen in Ultima III: Exodus, was located on this island. Your hero, Avatar, can maximize his stats and skills with new missions that will test his virtues. He could also gain a new powerful weapon, making his last battle with the Guardian more accessible.

Forge of Virtue was also the chance for the developers to release many bug fixes and improvements to the original game.

This release contains both the original game and the expansion. Britannia is waiting for you; go and test your virtues!
