Wing Commander II: Special Operations 1

Special Operations 1 is the first expansion pack for Wing Commander II: Vengeance of the Kilrathi. The sequel to the original Wing Commander) was developed and published by Origin Systems in 1991.

This expansion pack adds 20 missions to the game and introduces the bomber ship Crossbow. The player can also transfer their character and stats from the original game.

Following the defeat of the Kilrathi in this expansion, several colonies are looking to get out from under the Empire's thumb. Special Operations is tasked with protecting these rebel planets from Imperial backlash. As if that wasn’t enough work, the crew of a Confederation ship has decided to disobey direct orders (though they had a damn good reason). However, one of the ship’s crew members chooses to resort to piracy and return to the Confederation. Play through these all-new missions and take down the enemy in exhilarating dogfights, all while enjoying the cinematic narrative that Wing Commander is known for. What more could you ask for?
