P. P. Hammer and His Pneumatic Weapon is a puzzle/platformer created by Traveling Bits Production. It was published by Demonware in 1991 for Amiga and Commodore 64.
The main character in this title, made in Germany, is PP Hammer, who must find hidden treasures in the 2500 underground levels. His only weapon - which makes him a very curious archeologist - is a pneumatic hammer. Not a weapon to be used against enemies, it can only be used to destroy the walls. Levels include ancient Egypt, ancient Romans, Alcatraz, a sort of LEGO world, and more.
Not so famous as other titles such as Rick Dangerous, PP Hammer will be a pleasant surprise for those who don't know it. The graphics are ok, the music and effects are nice, but most importantly, fluid animations, great level design, and perfect playability.
