Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge is the first game of the popular series of racing games developed originally by Magnetic Fields for the Amiga.
Lotus was published by Gremlins Graphics in 1990 and later ported to Atari ST, Commodore 64, and ZX Spectrum. The player can drive a Lotus Esprit Turbo SE across 32 tracks and scenarios. The game received highly positive reviews, especially the Amiga version, which is considered the best.
It was followed by Lotus Turbo Challenge 2 in 1991, considered by many a true masterpiece, which is why it appears in our Top 20 Games Born on the Amiga chart.
