Metal Gear Solid is a stealth action game created by Konami and released initially for PlayStation in 1998. In 1999, an enhanced version was released for Windows.
It's the third game in the famous Metal Gear series designed by Hideo Kojima and started with Metal Gear e Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. The first two games were developed for MSX. Metal Gear Solid is the first title not created for 8-bit computers. It is a real milestone in the history of action games, with great gameplay, a complex storyline, amazing cutscenes, and fantastic game mechanics.
