Oscar is a platform game developed and published by Flair Software, released for the Amiga, Amiga CD32, and MS-DOS in 1993. It was later ported to the SNES.
Oscar was released both in ECS and AGA, the latest one with 256 color graphics. The AGA version was bundled with the Amiga 1200 and CD32, so it was a well-known title for Amiga users. Apparently, the game uses the engine of Trolls so you will find some similarities.
Oscar features colorful graphics, smooth animations, and nice music, but the gameplay could have been more polished. Oscar was clearly a game made to impress at first sight. Other Amiga platformers like Soccer Kid, Arabian Nights, Fire & Ice maybe don't have graphics with the same quality, but they provide much better gameplay.
In any case, the seven levels of Oscar, all set in the world of Hollywood, have a special place in the memories of all Amiga fans.
