Game Review

Wizardry: Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord is the first chapter of the popular series of role playing computer games. This simple simple dungeon crawler inspired to Dungeons & Dragons was developed by Andrew C. Greenberg and Robert Woodhead for the Apple II and it was released in 1981 by Sir-tech. It was later ported to Commodore 64, Macintosh, PC Booter and other platforms. Together with Ultima and Might & Magic, it is considered a game that defined its genre. Besides, it's the first game where the player was controlling a party of several characters.
