Into the Eagle's Nest

Into the Eagle's Nest is a Gauntlet clone with a WWII theme developed by Pandora Software and published by Mindscape in 1986. It was released for the Apple II and in 1987 for the Amiga, Amstrad CPC, Atari ST, Commodore 64, DOS, and ZX Spectrum. The player is an Allied soldier whose orders are to infiltrate the top-secret Nazi fortress called the Eagle's Nest. The game was quite popular, especially on 8-bit computers like the Commodore64 and ZX Spectrum.
